Understanding Acne:
Types we treat

1. Comedonal Acne (Blackheads & Whiteheads)

Caused by clogged pores from dead skin and oil buildup. Typically appears on the forehead, chin, and nose. Best treated with deep exfoliation, extractions, and pore-refining protocols.

2. Inflammatory Acne (Papules & Pustules)

Red, swollen bumps that may be tender or filled with pus. Often linked to bacteria and inflammation. Treated with calming, antibacterial treatments and barrier-supporting care.

3. Cystic Acne

Deep, painful nodules beneath the skin’s surface. Often hormonal in nature and requires a targeted, consistent approach. We focus on reducing inflammation, supporting the skin barrier, and encouraging healing without scarring.

4. Hormonal Acne

Typically flares around the jawline, chin, and neck—especially around the menstrual cycle or during menopause. Our treatments focus on balancing oil production, reducing congestion, and supporting hormonal skin from within.

5. Post-Acne

Scarring & PigmentationEven after breakouts heal, they can leave dark spots or uneven texture. We offer collagen-boosting and skin-brightening treatments to help fade scarring and restore even, radiant skin.

We are committed to supporting your skin's health through professional, non-medical treatments that reduce inflammation, repair the skin's barrier, and stimulate collagen for healing and scar reduction. However, please note: *We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical skin condition, including acne. *All services provided are within the licensed scope of advanced aesthetics and are cosmetic in nature. *While we can safely support cystic acne, through calming and restorative therapies, we do not perform extractions or procedures on severely inflamed or infected lesions.
